Refunds and Returns

We do our best to describe our items as accurately as possible so that you are confident that you are ordering exactly what you want. Buying stickers should be easy, and we want to make sure it is as easy as possible for you to get the products that you want.

We generally do not offer refunds and at this time, we can only replace items that we sent by our mistake, such as the wrong product, or the wrong size.

If you feel that an item you ordered is NOT as we described, or not the item shown in the picture, please contact us, and we will figure out the best solution.

  • You must contact us within 30 days from ordering of any issues.
  • We may require you to submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.
  • On small orders, we will usually just send you a new order of the correct product.
  • On larger orders, we may need you to return the incorrect order before we send you your correct items. We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
